1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of MEE’s services, including renewable energy quotations, financing, and installation facilitation (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services Provided

• Quotations – non-binding estimates based on your information and subject to survey.

• Installations – carried out by certified installers.

• Finance – where applicable, finance agreements are subject to separate terms with approved partners.
   

3. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information.

• Allow site access for surveys and installations.

• Ensure compliance with all necessary permits or approvals.

4. Quotes & Validity

• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

• Final pricing may change following surveys or site assessments.

5. Payments

• A deposit may be required upon acceptance of a quote.

• Balance is due upon completion of installation.

• Late payments may incur statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

6. Warranties & Guarantees

• Manufacturer warranties apply to products installed.

• Installations are guaranteed for 24 months from completion.

• These guarantees do not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Limitation of Liability

• MEE is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

• Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the Services.

• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

8. Termination

• By Us – we may suspend or terminate Services if you breach these Terms.

• By You – you may terminate Services by written notice.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
